How Does This Work?

SchoolViewers is a robust, cloud-based data processing platform, accessible from any mobile device or desktop just like a native app.

Inputting data is simple. For example, once a teacher enters subject scores, administrators or parents can instantly download or print an auto-generated report card. This document clearly displays class rankings, subject performance, and all necessary academic metrics.

Customizable Output: The data sections displayed on the generated report cards are fully customizable. You can easily toggle different sections on or off to match your school's standard reporting format.

Beyond report cards, SchoolViewers handles your core operations:

  • ✓ Payment records and automated invoicing
  • ✓ Computer-Based Testing (CBT) and Online Exams
  • ✓ Daily attendance and administration reports
  • ✓ Online homework assignments
  • ✓ Direct notification broadcasts to parents

You can deploy essential management tools entirely free of charge on our Starter plan. Advanced modules—such as Computer-Based Testing (CBT) and premium administrative features—are available through our flexible subscription plans.

For schools that require premium capabilities—such as Computer-Based Testing (CBT) and advanced administrative modules—we offer a flexible, per-student subscription. You only pay for the exact number of active students you manage.
