💳 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept multiple payment methods securely via Flutterwave, including:

🗂️ How does the 120-Day billing cycle work?
You are billed strictly based on the number of active students processed during a rolling 120-day window (equivalent to a standard academic term). If a student graduates or leaves, they simply enter Alumni status and no longer count towards your active billing total.
🧑🎓 How are "active students" calculated?
We do not rely on manual "active/inactive" toggles. Instead, a student is automatically counted as active for the current cycle if real academic or administrative activity is recorded for them. This includes: updating their profile, entering scores, marking attendance, generating a report card, processing a promotion, or logging a daily report. If a student leaves your school and has no activity recorded during the 120-day cycle, they will not count towards your bill.
🧾 Is there any setup fee?
No. SchoolViewers is completely free to set up. There are no onboarding or installation fees. You only pay for active students on premium tiers.
⏳ Can we downgrade back to the Starter plan later?
Yes, you can downgrade anytime as long as your active student count for the current cycle is 100 or below. If you have processed more than 100 students, the system will enforce the tier minimum until the next cycle begins.
🔄 What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
If your subscription expires, your school will automatically continue on the Starter plan.
Your existing records—including report cards, invoices, attendance records, and other historical data—will remain safe and accessible. However, features available only in your previous subscription will become unavailable until you renew. Where applicable, you'll still be able to view existing records but won't be able to create new ones using premium features.
You can renew at any time to restore full access without losing your data.
🔄 Are the first 100 students always free?
No. The Starter plan is designed for schools with up to 100 active students. Once your school exceeds 100 active students, you can choose any paid plan, and the subscription is calculated based on your total number of active students.
